PENGUATAN SUMBER DAYA GURU DALAM MENDUKUNG PENYELENGGARAAN PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH INKLUSI
Abstract
Guru memiliki peran penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi,
namun tantangan dalam menjalankan pembelajaran bagi siswa disabilitas
seringkali membuat guru merasa kurang siap dan kurang yakin terhadap
kemampuannya. Ketidaksiapan guru dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor seperti
terbatasnya pengetahuan, persepsi, self-efficacy, dan skill guru. Tulisan ini
menganalisis penguatan sumber daya guru dalam penyelenggaraan
pendidikan inklusi meliputi; landasan hukum pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi,
pendidikan inklusi di Indonesia, sumber daya guru, serta praktik dan
tantangan pembelajaran di sekolah inklusi. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan
yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan profesional guru, pengembangan skill,
pelaksanaan kolaborasi dan kerjasama antara guru, orangtua, dan dinas terkait,
serta penyediaan sarana prasarana khusus bagi siswa disabilitas di sekolah
inklusi.
